Cross Gate’s founder and former President, Art Barraclough, worked with corporate leaders in this field through the Building Services Contractors Association International (BSCAI). In the past, he arranged for and moderated a major industry seminar session lead by Rachelle Hood-Phillips, Chief Diversity Office for Denny’s Restaurants.
Ms. Rachelle Hood-Phillips has produced dramatic results in manning cultural diversity and is often recognized for her very effective interview on the CBS Program 60 Minutes.
