Founded in 1986, Cross Gate is a successful company, which offers complete janitorial and custodial services to corporate office buildings, large multi-tenant office buildings, industrial plants, State Government buildings, schools and universities.
Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, we conduct business on a regional basis.

We are proud to be a member of the National Service Alliance, a group made up of the 25 leading companies nationwide, in the building services industry.

Cross Gate's President, Steve Southard, is an active member of BSCAI and has been awarded the Certified Building Services Executive designation with that organization. He is also actively involved with BOMA Nashville and the International Facility Managers Association - Tennessee Chapter (IFMA).
